Players posting in Admin applications

Hello!

 From this day on all our players are allowed to post in the Moderator applications.

 I've supported this idea of allowing players to reply in these applications for quite a while now, let me explain myself.

 We want people to express their personal opinions about the applicants, after all, PEOPLE = COMMUNITY.
 Everyones opinion matters, even if they are just normal players with no rank in the server whatsoever.


Some basic rules & guidance which would ensure order & prevent topics from going chaotic:

- Constructive criticism
 Don't be affraid to express your personal opinion, explain to the applicant what you like in his doing and what you do not. Doing so you give him a insight on his weak points and you can also suggest what he could do to improve.

- No disrespecting
 Applications are serious topics & as anywhere else on the forum (expect for the Flame here thread) you are not allowed to disrespect a fellow player. Be respective, if something bothers you about him, then say it out loud and he just might take that in and improve himself.

 - An example of disrespect:
 "Hey retarded rulebreaker why are you even applying"
That is highly inappropriate, refrain from doing so.


 - Things we expect to see:
 "Hey (name) I suggest you play some more and interact more with other players"


Important: Breaking these simple rules & not following the guide for posting will result in a forum mute and/or ban.
